Cancellation and refund

1. Cancellation

We guarantee to provide clients the visa approval letter (for visa on arrival) within 24 – 48 hours or 5 working days for e-visa, so applications will be processed as soon as the payment completed. If for any reason you wish to cancel the service before your passport and other supporting documents were received by or before your visa is taken into processing, you can do so without any penalties or charges by sending email to You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service and for return shipping (if prepaid). However, no refund will be given after the visa is taken into processing or after you receive approval letter for your visa (e-visa) from the Vietnam Immigration Department.

2. Refund policy

In case of denied application without changes or changes are made in appropriate time, refund will be as:

– Denied applications will be refund 100%;

– Non refundable in following cases:

a) If the status is put under “Payment received” or “Under processing” or “Visa approval letter sent” or “Electronic visa sent”;

b) No refund for refused e-visa;

c) For extra services such as fast track service:

– If we have already arranged these services for the customers;

– If the customers do not provide their flight details including the flight number and the exactly arrival time;

– If the customers have any changes about their flight details and arrival date but they do not inform us in advance (24 hours at least);

– With errors made by client and request to arrange a new correct one. The Visa approval letter is issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, so we are unable to change any details once it is processed.

– With our company’s errors, we will refund 100% fee or arrange the new one correctly;

– Within 2 working days after receiving our service, if the client does not contact us, for any trouble we do not take responsibility;

– In case, the client provides us the incorrect information including personal information and contact details, we won’t be responsible for that.

We cannot process refunds for credit card payments over 6 months old. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to consulates directly.
